10 Wilmington Place assisted living community is looking for great nurses to join our team! We are currently looking for Full Time 2nd (2pm-10:30pm), Full Time 3rd (10pm-6:30am), and PRN nurses that are willing to work flexible shifts. 1st (6am-2:30pm), 2nd (2pm-10:30pm), and 3rd (10pm-6:30am).

Job Description

• Provides nursing care to residents according to physicians' orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practices, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Administer personal hygienic, preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services to residents.
• Assist in maintaining a positive physical, social, and psychological environment in accordance with residents' needs and facility philosophy.
• Provides for the community and priority of resident care while assuring for the comfort, emotional care, and support of residents.
• Assist with the nursing process of the unit and provides input regarding needed or desired changes.
• Maintains documentation which accurately and completely records data pertaining to individual resident care, condition, and treatment.
• Initiates and supervises necessary action on the event of an emergency or disaster.
• Protects residents, their privacy, and property.
• Provides staff coverage for the following shift in the event of absenteeism.
• Confers with the Director of Nursing as necessary to provide input regarding resident care needs, staffing requirements, and nursing supply needs for the units.
