CRNA Opportunity

Join our team for a CRNA opportunity in a Northern Illinois location. We are looking for 3 full-time equivalents (FTEs) to support our surgical services.

Job Description

• Total number of FTEs needed: 3
• Number of ORs: 2-3
• Reason for coverage: Transition
• EMR: Cerner/paper intraop
• Shift schedule details & shift duration: Day shift rarely over 8 hours and 24-hour in-house
• Type of patients/cases: General, bariatrics, ortho, podiatry, GI, cath lab
• Type of care model: Independent
• Miscellaneous information: Must be a strong independent provider with the ability to manage patients throughout the whole perioperative period.

Requirements

• Certifications/qualifications required: ACLS, PALS, BLS, NRP (recommended)

Benefits

• $210 per hour for 32+ hours per week
• $180 per hour for under 32 hours per week
• Quarterly sign-on bonus, contingent on a minimum of 8 shifts per month
• Structured sign-on bonus (up to $50,000) for a 2-year commitment to be paid quarterly

• Bonus is earned and paid at the end of each quarter, conditional on active employment.
• If the provider leaves before completing 24 months, remaining unpaid bonuses are forfeited.
• This is a 1099 position; might be open to W2.
• Malpractice is covered.
• Some nights and weekend work.
• Annual salary: $250k-$313k.
