Family Medicine Physician (or IM/Peds)

Join our team as a Family Medicine Physician (or IM/Peds) at an outpatient advanced primary care clinic. This position offers primary care services, manages chronic diseases, and advocates for health and wellness at an employer-sponsored clinic.

Job Description

• Manage only 10-12 patients per day
• Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size)
• Focus on outcomes, not production
• Monday to Friday regular work hours
• No call
• Fewer administrative tasks; time to chart throughout the day
• Highly competitive base salary (mid to upper $200s, negotiable based on experience)
• Sign-on bonus

Requirements

• BE/BC in family medicine or internal medicine (see patients for 3+ years)
• Procedure experience is a huge plus!
