Job Description

• Work collaboratively with intra and interdepartmental staff to administer treatment for patients utilizing nationally recognized treatment standards and documenting using an electronic health record system
• Conduct exams and write evaluations and reports
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing
• Manage medication
• Complete reclassifications and other reviews as indicated
• Make referrals for specialized care or treatment
• Perform duties in accordance with scope of practice, ODRC policies, procedures, protocols, and related American Correctional Association standards
• Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement meetings and activities, including peer reviews

Requirements

• CPR certification
• Copy of Board Certification
• Ohio licensure
• DEA Certification
