**Job Description**

- Schedule: Monday to Friday with an 8-hour guarantee
- Case Volume: Approximately 5 to 15 cases per day
- Practice Details: 
  - MD on site some days
  - CRNAs perform their own pre-ops
  - Blocks encouraged but not required (you can do them if comfortable)

**Requirements**

- Temps welcome with a clean file
