**Job Description**

- The CICU Graduate Nurse, under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, delivers care to patients and families with needs ranging from basic to complex utilizing the nursing process.

**Requirements**

- Graduate Nurse status is designated for those individuals who hold temporary licensure to practice under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This status is maintained from date of hire until the issuance of a permanent license by the New Hampshire Board of Nursing. If the temporary license becomes inactive, due to failure of the NCLEX examination, the employee will no longer be eligible to remain in the Graduate Nurse position.
- Current New Hampshire, compact, or multistate licensure as Registered Nurse required.
- Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation period and maintain during employment. ACLS preferred.
