**Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy required or
- Master's degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy required or
- Doctoral degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy required
- PT - Physical Therapist licensure in Maryland, District of Columbia (DC), and/or Virginia as deemed necessary for your specific location(s) required
- CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (includes BLS and NRP) for healthcare providers from either the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross within 90 days required
- Additional unit/specialty certifications may vary by department or business unit.

About this Job: General Summary of Position The Physical Therapist provides physical therapy services to patients to include but not limited to screening and evaluation treatment planning treatment implementation treatment re-assessment and revision patient/client re-evaluation discharge planning and documentation in a variety of settings.
