The MedStar Health Urgent Care (MHUC) Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Urgent Care Fellowship is a twenty-six-week (six-month) training program that offers a system-wide orientation for new to practice APPs. It provides additional preparation to care for our complex patient population as well as the ability to work at the top of the APPs' scope of practice. It builds confidence and prepares APPs as they enter clinical practice. The MHUC APP Fellowship is an accredited program through the College of Urgent Care Medicine.
