- Documents patient care services by utilizing best charting practices and overseeing the integrity of all other medical chartings.
- Conducts and/or oversees the administration of tests ordered by the physician including appropriate lab tests as required; patient vital signs; TB tests when required; blood and urine laboratory testing.
- Schedules and screens patients to be seen by the Medical Director and assists with appropriate History and Physical assistance as needed.

**Job Description**
