Essential Responsibilities Include:<ul><li>Chronic wound management: Evaluation and assessment, diagnosis, treatment, including debridement of wounds and application of appropriate dressings.</li><li>Gastric feeding tube replacement services.</li><li>Communication with the patient s PCP, nursing staff, patient, and family members.</li></ul> Licenses/Certifications Required:<ul><li>Doctor of Medicine, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant</li><li>Current and valid board License/Certification from designated accredited medical board</li></ul> Knowledge/Ability/Skills:<ul><li>Wound care experience preferred but not mandatory.</li><li>Surgical background preferred but not mandatory.</li><li>Written and verbal communications skills (computer skills necessary)</li><li>Bilingual is a plus.</li><li>Ability to learn, teach and manage others.</li><li>Be a team player.</li></ul> New graduates are welcome.
