Clinic hours are 8 am - 5 pm, with no weekend or evening shifts, and this role does not require on-call responsibilities. Providers typically see an average of 2 patients per hour, with flexibility in their clinical schedule.

**Requirements**

- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Active APRN or PA license in New Hampshire or eligibility to obtain.
- Minimum of 3 years of direct primary care experience, preferably in a Family or Internal Medicine setting.
