Position Summary: The BCBA is responsible for managing a caseload of 8-12 clients providing Applied Behavior Analysis services. They are responsible for the evaluation of new clients on their caseload, as well as the development and maintenance of clients ongoing therapy programs. The BCBA is also responsible for consistent parent training, as well as mentorship and training for the RBTs on their caseload.
