Family Medicine Physician

We invite a confident Family Medicine Physician to join a small primary care practice in the pretty northern New Hampshire town of Colebrook. Colebrook is on the border of Vermont just south of Canada, putting it on the same latitude as Traverse City, Michigan, and Bangor, Maine. Can you picture the autumn colors? Colebrook is a 2.5-3 hour drive to Montreal, Quebec; Manchester, NH; Portland, ME; Burlington, VT; and Boston, MA. Have you ever dreamed of being a country doctor? This is a great opportunity to practice medicine at a slower pace (average of 15-20 patients/day) and develop deep relationships with multigenerational families in a rural setting where patients really value the care provided.

Join 3 part-time NP/PAs and see patients of all ages in an outpatient practice operated by an established FQHC/community health center (based in Berlin, NH, an hour away). Enjoy a terrific work/life balance with a convenient 4 day/week schedule (Mon-Thurs, 40 hours) and no call. Join a nonprofit organization that provides innovative, comprehensive health care and social services of the highest quality. This practice also provides care to patients in two area nursing homes. Occasionally, you will visit a patient in their home.
