Join our team as an Urgent Care Medicine Physician in Fresno, CA. We offer both a 1099 model with malpractice and tail coverage or an employed model with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement with 6% matching. Both models provide a $33,000 sign-on bonus and a $20,000 annual retention bonus. New graduates are welcome to apply, and bilingual providers are preferred.

Job Description

• Board-eligible or board-certified Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine trained physicians are sought for our Fresno and Clovis clinic locations.
• Thrive in a collegial and collaborative environment surrounded by highly trained and motivated individuals.
• Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine trained physicians or those with Urgent Care experience are encouraged to apply.
• New graduates are welcomed, and we will train you to be the best provider possible.
• Practice urgent care medicine with twelve-hour shifts across multiple clinic locations.
• Open to full-time, part-time, and PRN providers; pick up more shifts to increase earnings.
• Full-time will be 12 shifts per month, part-time will be 6 shifts a month, and PRN options are available.
• Treat 4 patients per hour, ranging from newborns to geriatrics in a low-level acuity setting.
• All COVID-19 testing and treatment is available at all clinic locations.
• Procedures include joint injections, laceration repairs, I&Ds, ingrown nail removals, foreign body removals, trigger point injections, splinting, casting, and X-ray reads.
• Equipment on-site includes X-ray, EKG, Slit Lamp, and labs off-site.
• Work alongside other physicians, advanced-level practitioners, MAs, RNs, and X-Ray Techs in a positive cultural environment.

Requirements

• Must be board-eligible or board-certified in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Urgent Care experience is preferred but not required.
