Job Description

• Work in urgent care medicine with twelve-hour shifts and a one-hour meal break.
• Full-time consists of 12 shifts per month and 2 on-call shifts per month.
• Treat 4 patients per hour from newborns to geriatrics in a low-acuity setting.
• Perform bread and butter procedures such as I&Ds, toenail removal, and laceration repair.
• Utilize in-house point-of-care testing and X-rays, with all X-rays overread by a board-certified radiologist, providing results within 20 minutes for routine orders.
• Use an easy-to-navigate EMR system, VelociDoc, with Dragon dictation to document all patients efficiently.

Requirements

• Completion of a formal MSN FNP program or MS in Health Sciences, Physician Assistant Studies.
• Active and in good standing CA medical license.
• DEA certificate.
• One year of relevant urgent care experience.

Benefits

• Salary of $85/hour plus overtime with full benefits and a 401(k).
• Sign-on bonus of $15,000 available until the end of the year.
• Annual retention bonus of $20,000.
