Job Description

• New state-of-the-art facility opening in 2025
• Clinic is located in a brand new, large suburban planned development with major convenience and amenities in addition to healthcare for shopping, restaurants, and more
• In addition to the physician, the facility will be staffed by a full-time primary care nurse practitioner or physician assistant
