Nocturnist Opportunity

Due to growth and increased coverage, an established hospitalist group is seeking a Board Certified Family or Internal Medicine trained physician with experience or Board Eligible Resident for 2026 to join the team and cover one of several metro area hospitals in Southern California.

Job Description

• 7 on / 7 off block schedule; ability to work extra shifts if desired
• No procedures. Closed ICU
• Night shifts are the priority at this time
• 14+ patients per shift
• RVU bonus on top of base salary
• W2 or 1099 options with uncapped income potential on top of base pay

Community Overview

Metropolitan Los Angeles. No living restrictions. Multiple hospitals to choose from. Will ensure your location keeps windshield time at a minimum.
