Job Description

• Adult primary care role in the Phoenix metro area with a choice of multiple sites
• 100% outpatient practice
• Capped patient panel for work-life balance
• Newly built, state-of-the-art clinics
• Clinic hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
• Value-based care model
• Typical day: 10-12 patients per day
• Call schedule based on the total number of physicians between sites (e.g., if there are 9 physicians in the city, call is 1:9)
• In-office medical procedures including:
  • Suturing
  • Joint injections
  • Skin biopsies
  • Wound care
