Job Description

• See patients in a 100% outpatient clinic with no nights and no weekends
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
• Patient volume: 13-16 patients a day
• Visits: 20 minutes for regular visits and 40 minutes for full diagnostic and new patients
• Equipment at clinic: Labs on site with a phlebotomist
• Providers per clinic: Average of 3-5
• Physicians care team includes a scribe, medical assistant, and social worker

Requirements

• Salary range commensurate with experience: $220-$250K
• Bonus based on quality metrics
• Physician partnership track
