Job Description

• Develop treatment plans that are clinically sound and engaging
• Supervise and mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care
• Collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth
• Deliver evidence-based therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment

Compensation and Benefits

• Total compensation package from $84,000 to $117,670 annually, with opportunities to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of assigned trainees
• Competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company
• Monthly performance bonuses that are uncapped and start at just 26 hours of treatment delivery per week
• Sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 based on start date and location
• Mentorship bonuses for providing supervision hours to RBTs pursuing their Master's in ABA
• Certification bonuses for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision

Training and Development

• Join Dr. Greg Hanley's Compassionate Care Team to mentor and train clinicians in evidence-based ABA practice
• Collaborate with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute to advance treatment outcomes, transparency, equity, and clinical quality
• Clinical guidance from our Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team featuring industry-leading clinicians

Continuing Education

• A minimum of 10+ free CEUs per year in-house
• Extra funds to attend additional training courses
