Family Practice Physician

We are seeking a qualified Family Practice Physician for an immediate opening. Our client strives to provide its patients with friendly, individualized care, ranging from preventative health care and routine screenings to the management of more complex medical issues.

Job Description

• Assess and treat all medical needs of Family Practice assigned patients/team.
• Perform preliminary assessments and/or consults in addition to ongoing follow-up visits of the patient's and family's emotional, social, spiritual, and environmental needs.
• Coordinate care so that patients or family members receive needed supplies, treatments, and interventions to alleviate physical, psychological, social, and spiritual pain.
• Work Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
• No rounding, no admitting, no nights.
• One weekend a month on call (office only).

Requirements

• Board Certification in Family Practice required.
• Current Florida Medical License required.
