Family Practice Physician

We are seeking a qualified Family Practice Physician for an immediate opening. Our client is dedicated to providing the best healthcare has to offer to the residents of Indian River County.

Job Description

• Planning and implementing primary care services to patients per health care plan and written protocols
• Providing primary, secondary, and tertiary care, including counseling and referral within a multidisciplinary team
• Monday to Friday (40 hours a week)
• Managing 18-22 patients
• Call by phone 1:6
• Full support staff

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Practice required
• Documentation of completion of education as Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
  • If medical education was obtained outside of the U.S., documentation from the ECFMG is required
• Current & unrestricted Florida medical license required
• Current & clear DEA registration
• Current BLS/CPR certification
