Family Medicine Physician

We are seeking a qualified Family Medicine Physician for an immediate opening. Our client provides an all-encompassing environment, including prevention and wellness, acute care, and chronic care. The facility covers all disciplines of medicine including Family/Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, Gynecology, Dentistry, Medical Nutrition, Clinical Social Work, Substance Abuse Counseling, and more. The center's medical home comprises a team of providers in a variety of health professions who work together around the patients' needs to provide comprehensive health care and health promotion. The staff exemplifies the idea of combining leadership and teamwork to provide coordinated, high-quality, and comprehensive health care to all.

Job Description

• Plan and implement the primary care service delivery to patients per health care plan and written protocols.
• Provide primary, secondary, and tertiary care, including counseling and referral within a multidisciplinary team.
• Work Monday to Friday with no call and no weekends.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with Pediatric Medicine experience. Prefer 2+ years of experience in an outpatient setting.
• Unrestricted medical license and clean background; licensed or eligible for licensure in Michigan.
• Proficient with computers, voice recognition systems, and portable devices.
