• Beds in the department: 35
• Trauma level: IV
• EMR: Cerner
• Temporary privileges available
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements

• Active AZ license or IMLC
• Board certified
• BLS, ACLS certifications
• DEA registration
• ICU experience and comfortable with ICU procedures
