• Coverage Type: Clinical only
• Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8a-5p (FT) - 40 hrs per week, 5 days per week
• Patient Volume: At least 18
• Patient Demographics: Adults & Peds - 12+ months old (required); Infants (preferred)
• Case Mix: Includes some Chronic Pain Management
• Support Staff: 1 RN & 2 MAs
• EMR: Epic
• Other Info: Chart closure within 72 hrs
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements

• Active CA License
• Board Certified (BC)
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar setting
• Physician Assistants must have a CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate
• Nurse Practitioners must have a Furnishing License with Schedules II
• Curriculum Vitae (CV) must include month & date on work experience with all gaps in employment accounted for
• Immunizations such as Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results, etc.
