• Coverage Type: Clinical + Call
• Shift Schedule: Mon-Thurs; 8 AM - 4:30 PM (16 shifts per month)
• Call Schedule: Nights & Weekend Call (1 week & 1 weekend/month)
• Patient Demographics: 18 years and older
• Patient Volume: Outpatient: 16-20, Inpatient: 0-2
• Physician in Practice: 1
• Support Staff: 2 APPs, Reception, Lab, Social Worker, Referrals
• Required to Supervise APPs: Yes
• Procedures: Antineoplastics, Phlebotomies, IV IgG, Iron Therapy, Bone Marrow Biopsies
• Duties: Consults, follow-up care, oversee administration of Antineoplastics in the clinic
• Medical Imaging, Lab & Pharmacy Onsite
• Number of Exam Rooms: 4
• EMR: Epic
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements

• Active IA License or IMLC
• Board Certified (BC)
• Fellowship Trained
• Must have experience (highly preferred)
• Accepting new graduates
