Job Description

• Provide direct patient care to hematology/oncology patients in an outpatient setting
• Independently manage benign hematology cases if qualified
• Collaborate with supervising physicians and infusion center staff
• Document clinical care per facility standards
• Deliver consistent weekday coverage with no weekends or holiday expectations

Requirements

• Active Connecticut license
• Hematology oncology experience required; must be comfortable with outpatient infusion care
• Strong preference for advanced practice providers who can manage benign hematology independently
