Join our team for a locum tenens opportunity in Obstetrics and Gynecology at a facility located in Carthage, TN. This position offers a chance to provide care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Job Description

• Coverage period: May 9 - 20, 2025
• Call only coverage with a call schedule to be determined
• Shifts needed to be filled on May 9 and May 20
• In-house call with a call ratio of 1:1 and 100% callback
• Phone consults: 4
• Annual deliveries: 300
• Admissions: 1
• Rounding included
• Support staff: 1 RN
• Procedures include:
  • FHR interpretation
  • NST/CST/FSE
  • Level 1/Screening (viability) OB Ultrasound
  • Routine & complicated delivery
  • Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
• Department has 10 beds
• EMR systems used: Athena & Meditech
• Hospital privileges required, with temporary privileges available
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements

• Active TN License
• Board Certified/Board Eligible
• ACLS and PALS certifications
