    Physician Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon

    Join our team as a Physician Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon in Boise, ID. This locum tenens position offers the opportunity to work in a hospital setting with a focus on acute care.

    Job Description

    • Provide orthopedic trauma surgical care during specified call periods
    • Treat high-acuity ortho trauma cases including pelvic and acetabular fractures
    • Collaborate with onsite ortho trauma surgical team
    • Respond to emergent cases based on priority and call response times
    • Provide patient evaluations and surgical follow-up care as needed

    Requirements

    • Open to licensing in Idaho
    • Board Certification from ABOS or AOBOS
    • Minimum 1 year in trauma; trauma fellowship required
    • DEA and Idaho CSR required; Epic EMR experience preferred
