  • Pre-Admission Screening Review & Documentation
  • Prescribing Narcotics, Discharge Summary/Med Rec
  • Weekly Care Plan Documentation, Post admission evaluations
  • Face-to-face Visits, IPOCS, PAPE/H&P
• Support Staff: 1 Midlevel
• No. of Beds: 20 (Inpatient Rehab Unit)
• 24-hr Lab & Anesthesia Department available
• Trauma Level: III
• EMR: Cerner
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements

• Active MI license
• Board Certified (BC)
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• COVID Vaccine
• Local Candidate
