• Call Response Time: 20-30 minutes
• Patient Demographics: Adult 95%; Pediatric 5%
• Patient Volume: 20
• Surgeries per week: 6-8 (IP)
  • Cystoscopy: 8-12
  • TRUS: 1
• Required to Supervise APPs: Yes
• Physician in Practice: 3 (1 permanent, 2 locums)
• Support Staff: 2 RNs, 2 MAs, 2 PSS, 1 Surgery Scheduler
• Procedures:
  • Advanced endoscopic techniques, Laparoscopic surgeries
  • Ureteroscopy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy
  • Pelvic node dissection, Renal and bladder ultrasound
  • TRUS biopsies, Fertility work-up
• Office Equipment:
  • Bladder Scanner, Urodynamics System
  • Olympus Flexible Scopes, Rigid Scopes
  • Rectal ultrasound for TRUS Biopsy and Fiduciary Marker Placement
  • Medivator Sterilization System, 2 PTNS System
  • All power exam procedures tables
• Number of Exam Rooms: 6
• Trauma Level: III
• Lab Onsite
• EMR: Epic
• Hospital Privileges required: Yes

Requirements

• Active CA License
• BC/BE (If BE, within 3 years of residency)
• ACLS
• CA Fluoroscopy
