Director of Nursing

Director of Nursing - Adelphoi - Latrobe PA

Salaried position - Daylight - Monday through Friday.

Leading a small team of nurses responsible for the development and review of youth health records, medication distribution, and support staff training, you will ensure our agency complies with the regulations applicable to our service delivery model.

This opportunity would be perfect for anyone familiar with a nursing home environment without extensive patient interaction, or for someone who wishes to transfer away from a direct care environment in a hospital or other active care environment.

Job Description

• Ensure compliance with regulations applicable to service delivery model
• Lead a small team of nurses in the development and review of youth health records
• Oversee medication distribution and support staff training

Requirements

• R.N. license required, preference for a B.S.N.
• Alternative combinations of education and experience are acceptable
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow up
• Ability to inform others and lead a small team
