Christie Clinic is seeking a third Otolaryngologist to join their team at their Bloomington, IL location. Christie Clinic is a physician-owned, physician-led, multi-specialty group. They are seeking providers who desire an autonomous environment offering leadership, team collaboration, and the opportunity to be instrumental in the direction of the group.

Job Description

• Strictly outpatient schedule: M-F
• Patient mix: 70 Adults / 30 Peds
• Physicians cover their own patient call
• EPIC EMR

Requirements

• Board Certified/Eligible in ENT
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with patients who have complex issues
• Passionate about patient care
• Dedicated to building departmental harmony

Compensation Package

• 2 Year Guarantee Salary: $514k - $650k Annually, plus $50k sign-on bonus
• 24 Month partnership track
• Sign-on bonus
• Relocation allowance
• 4 Weeks' vacation
