Job Description

• Managing acute fracture cases and musculoskeletal injuries
• Conducting evaluations, ordering imaging, and developing treatment plans
• Coordinating care with orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and referring providers
• Educating patients and families on injury management and recovery expectations

Requirements

• Active PA-C or APRN license in Florida (or eligibility)
• Robust MSK experience in orthopedic, fracture care, or sports medicine
• Comfort with clinical autonomy and confident decision-making
• Excellent communication and a teamwork-first mindset
• Surgical assist experience is a plus, but not required
