Job Description

• Work alongside a dedicated team of anesthesiologists, cardiac surgeons, and perfusionists to deliver comprehensive anesthesia care for:

  • CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) procedures
  • Electrophysiology (EP) cases
  • Structural Heart interventions

• Responsible for pre-anesthesia assessments, administration of general and regional anesthesia, intraoperative monitoring, and post-anesthesia recovery.

Schedule & Environment

• Monday to Friday schedule
• No call or weekends
• Supportive, team-based care model with high-acuity cardiac cases in a well-equipped facility
• Strong culture and administrative support

Compensation & Benefits

• Excellent compensation based on years of experience - median $245K
• $75K sign-on bonus
• $25K incentive bonus in Year 4
• $2500 CME & 3 paid days

Requirements

• Active Florida ARNP License
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
