Orthopedic Advanced Practice Provider

Adventist Health Bakersfield is seeking a full-time and experienced Orthopedic Advanced Practice Provider to join our team. This candidate will specialize in the comprehensive care of spine patients, encompassing patient consultations, treatment, and documentation. They will play a crucial role in supporting the surgical process, including post-operative rounds in hospitals, as well as providing pre-operative assistance.

Compensation Information

Wage scale: $170,000 - $200,000/year

Total compensation may vary based on additional services, including call coverage, administrative services, performance bonus, etc. Compensation may also vary based on productivity after the initial guarantee period.
