Internal Medicine Nocturnist

Adventist Health Castle (AHCS), in beautiful Kailua, is assisting a well-established, community-based hospitalist group, proudly serving Windward Oahu for over a decade, to recruit a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Nocturnist. The incumbent will join a collaborative and collegial team dedicated to high-quality care, on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, compassionate, dependable, have experience with diverse patient populations, and possess a love of local culture and community. Job Description

• Flexible part-time schedule
• Up to eight shifts per month
• Shifts are 7 pm - 7 am
• Average six admissions per night and cross cover for 50-60 patients on average
• Critical care unit coverage and procedures include intubation, running codes, and central lines
• Must be comfortable taking care of critically ill patients
• EHR is Cerner
• Competitive compensation
• Board eligible or certified required
• Independent contractor model

• Hawaii licensed or eligible and meet the hospital's medical staff credentialing standards
