    General Urologist

    Adventist Health Central California Network is actively seeking a mission-minded, Board Certified/Board Eligible General Urologist to join our well-established, growing team in Bakersfield, California. This is an outstanding full-time opportunity to practice within a clinic-based model with scheduled call, delivering compassionate, high-quality care to both urban and underserved rural communities.

    Job Description

    • General urology practice with the flexibility to tailor subspecialty interests
    • Collaborative environment with full surgical and specialty support
    • Mix of clinic, inpatient consults, and OR time
    • Opportunity for clinic-based procedures and minimally invasive surgeries

    Responsibilities

    • Provide urologic care in both outpatient and inpatient settings
    • Conduct new patient evaluations, post-operative care, and chronic disease management
    • Perform urologic procedures and surgeries
    • Collaborate closely with surgical, hospitalist, and primary care teams

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Salary Range: $650,000 - $750,000 (inclusive of call and clinic responsibilities)
    • Employed position through Adventist Health Medical Group (AHMG)

    Requirements

    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
