Job Description

• Specialty: Emergency Medicine
• Board requirement: Board Certified or Eligible (ABEM only)
• Life Support Certifications Required: ATLS
• Annual Patient Volume: 55,000 per year
• Patients per Hour: 2.5 to 3 PPH
• ED Bed Count: 400 Bed hospital (30 Unit Beds)
• Shift Times / Coverage Details: 6a-3p, 9a-6p, 12p-9p, 3p-12a, 5p-2a, 10p-7a
• APC Hours of Coverage: 7a-7p, 11a-11p, 7p-7a
• Scribe Coverage: Yes
• EMR: Meditech
• Admitting Orders: ER Doctors do not do admissions
• Trauma Center Designation: Level II Trauma Center
