Nurse Practitioner

Nurse Practitioners work in our outpatient clinics as part of a collaborative care team that includes a physician, nurse practitioner or physician assistant, medical assistants, a dedicated medical scribe, and support from registered nurses and care managers. We also partner with a network of leading specialists and hospitals for specialty and acute care. This team-based approach allows our providers to focus on delivering high-quality clinic care, including primary care, care coordination, and population health management.
