An established outpatient primary care clinic in Jackson, MS is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to care for an older adult, Medicare-focused patient population in a supportive, well-resourced environment. This role is ideal for physicians who enjoy geriatric medicine, chronic disease management, and relationship-based care without hospital responsibilities or after-hours call.

Job Description

• Provide comprehensive primary care to older adults
• Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, CHF, COPD, and arthritis
• Emphasize preventive care, care coordination, and patient education
• Work collaboratively with nursing, medical assistants, and care coordinators
• Practice in a value-based model focused on outcomes, not throughput

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active Mississippi medical license or ability to obtain
• Interest in outpatient geriatric-focused primary care
