Clinical Services Manager

Oversee a staff of professionals that provide clinical services. This role involves consultation, as needed, with clinic physician assistants (PAs) or nurse practitioners (NPs).

Job Description

• Apply appropriate DOE directives in the workplace.
• Participate in meetings and committees, as requested.
• Provide assessment and treatment of work-related illnesses and injuries.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures, plus assist with interpretation if needed.
• Provide urgent care of non-work-related injuries and illnesses as best supports site activities.
• Manage and organize a team's work to be delivered with efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy while still meeting budget requirements and standards of excellence for the clinic.
• Assist with the recruiting and managing of physicians, nurses, and other medical and non-medical staff, plus oversee all training executed appropriately for the clinic.
• Fully understand the internal processes of all departments.
• Examine and coordinate the clinic's activities to guarantee medical quality.
