Job Description

• ASAP-Ongoing (3 month minimum)
• 8 or 10-hour shifts available Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday/Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM (accepting flexible schedules)
• 3-5 days per week
• Outpatient primary care
• Focus on primary care and family health
• Patient volume: 20 - 22 patients per day
• Ages seen: all ages
• EMR: Nexgen
• Support staff includes LVN, MAs, and mid-levels
• Credentialing takes 2-3 weeks
• Requirements: board certified/eligible, California license, DEA, CPR
