• Schedule: Shifts include: 7a-7p; 1p-1a (swing); 6p-6a/8p-8a Nights
• Average patient encounters:
  • Day shifts: 18-20 encounters
  • Swing shifts: 7.5 admissions managed by you, 3.5 by midlevel
