Assignment: Emergency Medicine Physician

Join our team as an Emergency Medicine Physician in a Level 1 Trauma Center with a high volume of annual emergency department visits. This position offers a dynamic work environment with a full array of specialty backup and 24-hour imaging availability.

Job Description

• Provide full-time support in the emergency department, ideally covering up to 20 shifts per month on an ongoing basis.
• Work in a 70-bed emergency department, which includes an 11-bed pediatric emergency department unit.
• Collaborate with APP support staff in triage and participate in a 24-hour STEMI team, Stroke Team, and ED psychiatric service.

Requirements

• Physician must be board certified and have an active Missouri license.
• Required certifications include ACLS, ATLS, and BLS.
