Altamonte Dermatology, an independent, physician-owned practice in Central Florida, is seeking a BC/BE Dermatologist to join our growing team as we expand to an additional two-provider location. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who values autonomy, excellent patient care, and a positive workplace culture. For the right candidate, there is an early path to partnership (non-PE, will remain non-PE).

Job Description

• BC/BE Dermatologist (General Dermatology; cosmetics optional)
• Start date flexible: April to August 2026
• A schedule that works for you: 4 to 5 clinic days/week
• Strong general dermatology volume with a significant skin cancer population
• Room to build cosmetic services if desired
• Experienced medical assistants who scribe
• Well-established workflows, efficient operations, and supportive leadership
• For the right candidate, early partnership track

Requirements

• MD or DO, completed ACGME-accredited dermatology residency
• Board-certified or board-eligible
• Florida license (or ability to obtain)
