    Advance Practice Provider (APP)

    The Advance Practice Provider (APP) (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) plays an important role in providing the highest quality healthcare to our patients. As an APP, you will be part of an experienced team that includes physicians, nurses, and other professionals in primary care. The APP evaluates, diagnoses, clinically monitors, and manages patients utilizing advanced assessment skills and knowledge of clinical therapeutics. The APP works in collaboration with their supervising physician.

    • Collaborate with supervising physician and other healthcare professionals.

    Requirements

    • Post Graduate Degree
    • Advanced Practice Clinician or Physician Assistant Licensure
    • BLS certification
    • ACLS certification

    Physical Requirements

    • Medium work: Prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally.
    • Stand for 3-4 hours per day

    • Perform repetitive tasks/motions
    • Distinguish colors
    • Hear alarms, telephone, tape recorder, and normal speaking voice
    • Have good manual dexterity
    • Have good eye/hand/foot coordination
    • Have clarity of vision: Mid (20/20 vision)
