Interventional Cardiologist Locum Tenens

I am seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Interventional Cardiologist to provide weekend locum coverage in Bloomington, Illinois. This is a high-impact role supporting inpatient cardiac care and STEMI call coverage.

Job Description

• Provide full interventional cardiology coverage including:
  • Cardiac catheterizations
  • PCI and related procedures
  • STEMI auto-accept program coverage
  • Cath Lab procedures for inpatients
• Collaborate with hospitalist and ICU teams
• Consult and coordinate with employed and PSA cardiologists
• Maintain productivity expectations of 80 RVUs per shift

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Active Illinois medical license
• DEA, ACLS, and Illinois CSR certifications
• Minimum 1 year of interventional cardiology experience
• Must be name clearable with:
  • CV
  • NPI
  • License verification
  • Interview availability
  • Coverage availability
