Job Description

• Location: Tacoma, WA (must reside within 20 miles)
• Coverage Area: Up to 1-hour radius; occasional travel across WA (hotel/rental car reimbursed per policy)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, no on-call
• Patient Volume: 3 to 7 patients per day
• Start Date: November 1, 2025
• Duration: 6 months with potential for permanent conversion
• Travel Reimbursement: $0.70/mile (GOV rate)
• EMR: Athena

Requirements

• WA NP license, BC, BLS, DEA
• Minimum 2 years of direct patient care
• In-home care experience with geriatric population
• Nephrology experience is a big plus
