Job Description

• Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Full-time (1.0 FTE) or part-time (0.8 FTE) options available.
• Competitive salary range ($149,000-$187,000, prorated for part-time) plus comprehensive health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.
• Generous PTO + $2,000 CME allowance and 5 CME days.
• Primarily outpatient with minimal rounding, offering variety without overwhelming call or hospital demands.
• Care for a diverse patient population - approximately 80% oncology, with referrals from cardiology, pulmonology, and neurology.

Requirements

• Experience in palliative medicine (preferred) or related specialty.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred, not required.
• Eligible for California NP or PA licensure.
