    Inpatient Psychiatrist Medical Director - Lubbock, TX

    We are expanding our clinical team and seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Inpatient Psychiatrist to support adult and geriatric patients in our 32-bed inpatient facility in Lubbock, Texas.     Job Description

    • Location: Lubbock, TX (Onsite)
    • Setting: 100% Inpatient
    • Employment: W2 or 1099
    • Role: Staff Psychiatrist or Medical Director (leadership opportunity)

    Compensation & Benefits

    • $300,000-$350,000
    • Sign-on bonus

    Schedule

    • Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
    • Call: 1 week on / 3 weeks off
    • Call is phone-based

    Clinical Practice

    • 3-5 psychiatric evaluations daily
    • Medication management & crisis stabilization
    • Active collaboration with multidisciplinary team
    • EMR: WellSky
    • Dictation: Dragon / Dictation Cloud
    • Strong support staff including 24/7 nursing and 3 NPs

    Requirements

    • Must work onsite in Lubbock
    • Eligible for Texas medical license
    • Experience with adult/geriatric inpatient psychiatry preferred
    • Physician: MD or DO
